The Barn

The Space
On arrival, you will enter The Barn from the courtyard into an open plan kitchen/dining area, which has been finished to a very high standard. The wood table can seat up to 14 and there is a comfy sofa for watching the TV.

The kitchen itself is fitted with two electric ovens, an induction hob, a large fridge/freezer, and much more. There is also a handy island with plenty of storage space.

‍From the kitchen, double doors and a small step lead through to a bright and spacious living room, which has been tastefully decorated. The lounge features large comfy sofas, which are perfect for relaxing or watching the TV. From the lounge, it is also possible to access the rear terrace and garden.

‍Also, on the ground floor is a modern and stylish shower room, with a large walk-in shower, a WC and wash basin.

‍Upstairs at The Barn, there are six good sized bedrooms and two family bathrooms. The first three bedrooms can be accessed via the staircase in the kitchen/diner, with three further bedrooms reached via the staircase in the living room.

B‍edroom 1 boasts a double bed, a fitted wardrobe, a dressing table and a mirror. Bedroom 2 is a spacious twin with two full-sized single beds and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 is a nice bunk room, which is sure to be a favourite with youngsters, with full-size bunk beds and a wardrobe. Bedroom 4 has a large double bedroom with a king-size bed, a dressing table and a fitted wardrobe. Tastefully decorated, Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom with two full-size single beds and a fitted wardrobe, and the final bedroom is another bunk room with full-size bunk beds.

‍The family bathroom on the side of the house, accessed via the kitchen staircase, has shower over bath, a wash basin and a WC. ‍The second family bathroom can be found in the side of the house accessed via the lounge and has a bath with shower overhead, a wash basin and a WC.

Access to a private garden area is from the door within the living room. Although this area is only available to guests staying at The Barn and is fenced, it is about 20 paces from the property and is not considered dog or child proof. It is also shaded by the trees. Therefore, guests are welcome to BBQ in the main courtyard or on the main lawn in the sunshine.
